• Joseph Barlow, 55, of 89 Burgess Ave. in East Providence, was charged with simple assault and battery, resisting legal arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of drugs and second degree child molestation, at approximately 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, after police charged him with touching a 14-year-old female.
• Jeffrey Freitas, 25, of 10 Ormond St., in East Providence, was charged with possession of drugs, and arrested under a bench warrant issued by Sixth District Court at approximately 12:19 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21.
• Rafael Nieves, 37, of 101 North Broadway in East Providence, was charged with domestic assault at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22.
• Kellan Martin, 29, of 10 Beaver Court in East Providence, was charged with reckless driving, drag racing, resisting arrest and driving under a suspending license for allegedly driving over 65 mph on East Shore Expressway at approximately 1:21 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
• Robert O'Loughlin, 61, of 144 Mauran Ave., was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, at approximately 7:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
