Police Log: Money Fraud, Hit and Run

The  provided the following reports:

• Regina Ratford, 20, of Providence, was charged with domestic simple assault at approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18. 
• Richard Rozzero, 44, of 1 Turner Ave. in East Providence, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses at approximately 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, after he allegedly drew funds out of his company's bank account.
• Kristal Johnson, 25, of Lincoln, was charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, failing to maintain proper control of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana after a vehicle hit another in a driveway and then fled the scene at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Friday, April 20.
• Kevin Perry, 25, of Providence, was charged with domestic vandalism and disorderly conduct, after police responded to Kent Farm Village at approximately 8:17 a.m. on Saturday, April 21.
• Christine Freitas, 32, of Warren, RI, was charged with shoplifting after officers responded to Burlington Coat Factory at approximately 3:24 p.m. on Sunday, April 22.
