Richard Epstein selected as 2016 REALTOR of the Year by the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS

Richard Epstein, Broker Associate and Corporate Trainer with Residential Properties, Ltd., in Providence, has been selected as its 2016 REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®. This prestigious award is based on his outstanding contributions and his leadership in the real estate industry. Mr. Epstein is the Board’s 2016 President and serves on its Executive, Finance and Nominating Committees and Board of Directors. He is Chairman of its Shared Services Committee. He is a Director of the RI Association of REALTORS® and a Director of the Statewide Multiple Listing Service. He is also a Director of GPBOR C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness REALTOR® Events), a public charity managed by the Greater Providence Board that seeks to support Rhode Island charities. In his capacity as a leader in the REALTOR® organization he is committed to Professional Development and has inspired and motivated members to give back to their industry and communities they serve. He resides in Providence, RI.
