Roger W. Lema, of East Providence, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012. He was 79.
He was the husband of Frances (Lozito) Lema. They had been married for 56 years.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William and Marion (Viveiros) Lema. Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Roger A. Lema of North Carolina, and William D. Lema of East Providence; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours and the funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 22, at 8:30 am from the A. Tarro & Sons Funeral Home, 425 Broadway, Providence. A prayer service will be held at 10 am.
Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Riverside.
