Shawna Fortin named Bridges(R) Program Director at EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard

PROVIDENCE, R.I.—EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard has named Shawna Fortin Bridges® Program Director. In this role, Fortin will manage resident-focused activities for the community’s memory care program.

Prior to her appointment as Bridges® program director, Fortin worked in skilled nursing and assisted living with a focus on both traditional and memory care residents. In these roles, Fortin focused on relationship-building and managing daily routines for the residents in her care, which will help her transition smoothly into her new role with EPOCH.

Fortin earned her R.N. at the New England Technical Institute.
