TD Bank In East Providence Robbed, Police Looking For Suspect
Someone stole several thousand dollars from the TD Bank on Newport Avenue in East Providence, according to police.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — TD Bank on Newport Avenue in East Providence was robbed Tuesday morning, according to police.
The robbery happened around 10:30 a.m. Police said the robber was wearing a mask and hooded sweatshirt and passed a note to the bank teller demanding money. The robber stole several thousand dollars, police said.
No weapon was involved, and no injuries were reported, police said.
