I noticed that there are new homes for sale signs popping up all over town..just like spring flowers.
Sellers are realizing that now is the time to pick up that phone and schedule an appointment with a Realtor to get your home on the market, quick. Buyers, after this snowy winter; are looking forward to more inventory to be coming into the market giving them more choices of homes to choose from.

As a local resident of East Providence/Riverside I know the market well. I'm telling all my sellers now is the time to list. This Spring market isn't going to come in gradually...it's here now! All of a sudden it just popped. Same thing for buyers don't wait. Get your pre-approval and meet with a Realtor prior to going out looking at homes, that way when you find the right home you can put your offer in quickly before it's snatched up.
