One person was reportedly injured after a vehicle flipped over on Interstate 195 in East Providence Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at about 11 a.m. on the westbound side of the highway. The vehicle rolled over several times, spilling debris on the road. Rescuers could be seen on the ground looking into the vehicle.
