Pawtucket Woman Charged With Obstructing Officer In Exeter: Cops
The Pawtucket woman was also driving on a suspended license, police said.
EXETER, RI — A Pawtucket woman pulled over in Exeter was charged with obstructing an officer, police said.
Victoria Avelino, 29, was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 3 shortly before 10:30 p.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Avelino was charged with obstruction of an officer in execution of duty and operating with a suspended license, the release said.

Avelino was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
