• Foster to Seek Rural Health Grant, Eyes Senior Van Rides (upriseri.com) — Foster officials are racing to apply for a new rural health grant that could fund better senior transportation and other health access projects in town. The council has only approved submitting the planning application so far, but ideas already include a second senior vehicle, more driver support, and possibly bringing WellOne-style clinic services into the community.
