But uncertainty continues for Rhode Island growers. • Oregon Capital Chronicle (oregoncapitalchronicle.com) — Hemp growers in Hopkinton face major uncertainty as new federal THC limits are set to sharply restrict the strength of hemp-derived drinks and other products sold across Rhode Island starting December 11. Local farm Lovewell and more than 200 licensed hemp businesses must now decide what to do with existing inventory and future planting plans while state regulators await clearer federal guidance.
