• DNA Breakthrough Cracks 41-Year-Old Newport Murder Case (thenewportbuzz.com) — A long-unsolved Newport homicide involving a 22-year-old Jamestown woman has finally led to an arrest, after new DNA analysis tied a Smithfield man to the 1985 killing.
