J'Accuse: Broadrock Gas Services issued a scathing press release directed at Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation on Monday, in advance of a hearing at the State House last night. The Providence Journal reported that RIRRC Director Michael OConnell told lawmakers that the number of complaints has fallen in recent weeks. Watch for more updates as they become available.
