RI State Police Task Force Takes Down Johnston Man On Intent To Deliver Coke Charges: Cops

The Johnston man was arrested by the high Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force, police said.

JOHNSTON, RI — A special task force arrested a Johnston man on charges of intending to deliver cocaine, police said.

John Courtemanche, 38, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Courtemanche was arrested by the state police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force, according to the release.

"Mr. Courtemanche was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court," the release said.
