The Plan: Mayor Joseph Polisena will be Master of Ceremonies for the event, which is scheduled to include speeches, a ribbon-cutting, dedication of two rooms inside the new building, and refreshments.

Parking: The lots at and will be open for parking. Police officers will be at JHS to help pedestrians cross Atwood Avenue. Johnston Memorial Park is just a short walk down Memorial Avenue; there are several parking lots there, as well. Handicapped parking will also be available at the school lots; those requiring drop-off can be brought to the new library, but there will be no parking available in the new library's parking lot.
