The Yoga Workshop is adding a new Beginner’s Level Hatha Yoga Class from 7:15 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays at the East SmithfieldNeighborhood Center, 7 Esmond St., Smithfield, RI (immediately following our 5:30 mixed levels class).
