Through the Lens: Johnston Memorial Park Waterfall
After playing at the park the other night I took this shot while the sun was starting to set.

A couple of days ago, a friend and I went down to Johnston Memorial Park to play tennis, go running around the track, and have fun. Sure enough, we did. As we were leaving the park, the sun started to set, so I stayed a little longer to try to take some new pictures.
I walked over to the waterfall at the park right across from the parking lot, walked down to were the water is, and took this shot. I really loved the way the sun was shining down on the water and the trees. It makes the color of nature around me brighter, making the shot better.
I took this picture with my Canon Rebel XT and edited it with filterstorm. What really caught my eye in this picture was the way the sun was shining down on the trees and plants making the colors more vibrant. It turned out to be a spectaculor shot. I also took a few other shots down at the park that night that I plan on uploading soon.
