By the end of the week all the wine bottle attire I knit and crocheted will be for sale at Market Wine Beer and Spirits on Atwood Avenue. Every cent (except the state tax we have to collect) will go to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
The first batch has sold well. One woman bought 8 to dress up the wine she is giving to family!!
The hats and scarf sets are only $5 plus tax, and the complex items like sweaters and reindeer are $8 plus tax.
Good thing I am not doing this for profit because to even pay myself minimum wage I would have to charge more than anyone would be willing to pay!!!
