Car Into Store: Atwood Avenue

JOHNSTON, RI—A woman drove her car into the T-Mobile on Atwood Avenue on Saturday. She was not hurt, according to Deputy Chief Joseph Razza.

She said her brakes failed, he said. He did not have her name, but said she is in her 40s. The damage to the building was minor, he also said.

"The building official responded as well and deemed the building safe as it is currently being repaired," he said.
