Dorothy F. (Worden) Grissom, 84, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. She was the wife of the late Havis Grissom. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles C. and Dorothy (Drew) Worden. Mrs. Grissom lived in Johnston for over 60 years.
She is survived by her htree children, Lorinda Silveira of Woonsocket; David Grissom of Granada Hills, CA; and John Grissom of Johnston. Sister of the late Margaret Fagnant; Carolyn Seddon; Charles, George, Gordon and Elbert Worden; loving grandmother of Collin, Devon, Sara and Jaclyn.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 am from the Tucker-Quinn Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville, followed by a service at 10 am in North Scituate Advent Christian Church, 212 Rockland Rd., N. Scituate. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, N. Kingstown.
Visitation Sunday 2 to 6 pm.
