The Bank of Rhode Island Independence Day Celebration, presented by the City of Providence and sponsored by Bank RI, will take place tonight at India Point Park in Providence.
The RI Philharmonic Pops will perform patriotic standards beginning at 7:30 p.m. followed by the fireworks display at 9 p.m.
