JHS Tops All-Time Blood Donation List
At a ceremony scheduled for May 25, the Rhode Island Blood Center is scheduled to honor the school's 402 pints collected this year.

The Rhode Island Blood Center on May 24 announced that the community has earned the distinction of collecting the highest-ever number of pints during a single school year, a total of 402.
On May 25, the Blood Center is scheduled to recognize the students, faculty, and staff of the high school during a ceremony beginning at 7:15 a.m.
During the school year, the high school hosted three blood drives, and the 64 students who donated at all three drives will receive certificates for their achievement from the Blood Center.

Blood Center Chief Operating Officer Scott Asadorian, Account Manager Cory Robinson, and Manager of Account Manager Glenn Halvarson are scheduled to attend the ceremony, to be held in the school cafeteria.
