On Saturday, June 29th, my gym Rondeau's Kickboxing held an inner school tournament of Kickboxing Fights. Female, Male and Kids stepped in the ring to show their skills off to a crowd that came to cheer them on! A lot of our trainers fought and some even fought twice! Trainer Nick Figueroa, 44 yrs old stepped in the ring twice to show his skills and sparred a new comer Yannick and then sparred our Pro Boxing Trainer Steve Reid. Another Trainer Elizabeth Yarmartino stepped in the ring twice as well against two newcomers and Trainer Michele Pariseault had an exciting fight against Rachel Carvalho. My son Cotey Rock Rondeau fought as well against Jose Ramos. Everyone was a winner and left with a trophy and a very strong sense of accomplishment. What I love about the fights and how I teach is that we teach the right way to kickbox. Everything you learn in class can be applied directly on the street or in the ring. It's the real deal at Rondeau's. Real Kickboxing from Real fighters and trainers. I am so proud of all my members and trainers.
