So often I hear dieters saying they have to stay away from that piece of chocolate cake or cookies. It's almost as if eating one bite or heaven forbid an entire piece will cause them to gain back every pound they've lost. I happen to think the opposite. I think a little dab'll do ya! Just have the cake! Then perhaps you'll stay on the wagon longer b/c you won't be going to the extreme of denying yourself of every bit of sweetness or sugar you come into contact with. The people I know who are skinny...eat cake. :)
