Video: Mayor Tapes New Edition Of TV Show

The accompanying video shows scenes from the taping of 'Keeping You Informed,' Mayor Joseph Polisena's cable access program that airs several times each week.

Polisena's guest for the show — recorded at PEG RI-TV in Providence — was Rhode Island State Police Col. Steven G. O'Donnell, who discussed the various duties of the state police, as well as his decision to take the top job at the department after serving in the U.S. Marshall Service.

The program is scheduled to premiere tonight on Cox Channel 18 at 8:30 p.m. and run every Wednesday through April.

Other scheduled air dates are:

• Sundays beginning Feb. 12 at 8 p.m. and Mondays beginning Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. on Channel 17;
• Thursdays beginning tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. on statewide Interconnect A (Channel 13);
• Fridays starting Feb. 10 at 9:30 p.m. on Interconnect C (Channel 15).
