Obituary: Sandra E. Walsh, 79

Sandra E. Walsh, 79, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Home and Hospice Care Center in Providence.

She was the beloved wife of 53 years to James A. Walsh. She was a daughter of the late Joseph R. and Romola (Danesi) Winans. She was also the step daughter of the late Mary (Weigand) Winans.

Sandra was a retired registered nurse, working as a surgical nurse at Rhode Island Hospital and later for the State of Rhode Island.

Besides her husband, she leaves her four children, Donna Monti and her husband Joseph of Johnston, Joseph Walsh of Providence, James Walsh and his wife Sharon of Exeter, RI and Susan Ursillo and her husband Richard of Richmond, RI four adored grandchildren Vincent, Gregory, Elizabeth Monti and Mackenzie Walsh. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private.
