RI State Police Charge Johnston Man in Connection with Child Pornography

JOHNSTON, RI—The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has made an arrest in Johnston, state police say. On Feb. 21, David S. Rivers, 41, of Johnston, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
He was arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Clifton and held on $5,000 surety bail. The court also imposed special conditions to include no contact with children and no access to the internet. He was also remanded to the Superior Court as a bail violator, police said.
