Wanted Providence Man Nabbed In Johnston: Cops

JOHNSTON, RI — A wanted Providence man was apprehended in Johnston, police said.

Guillermo Carmona, 50, was pulled over and arrested shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Brown Avenue, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Carmona was arrested on a warrant charging him with missing court for a driving with a suspended license case, according to the release.

Carmona was processed at state police headquarters and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center, the release said.
