School Committee Meeting — June 14

The Johnston School Committee is scheduled to consider a new three-year bus contract at its June 14 meeting, set for 7 p.m. at .

At its March 8 session, the school board approved plans to join a multi-district bussing plan. Johnston currently spends about $3.5 million to transport its 3,100 students in 32 buses.

Also on the meeting schedule are:

• A proposal to extend the food service contract with Aramark;
• Consideration of a proposal to hire ADP for payroll services;
