State Police Take Johnston Man into Custody

JOHNSTON, RI — Troopers on Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. arrested David Rioles, 43, of Johnston, RI, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Fraudulent Checks – Over $1,500.

The arrest was a result of State Police investigation. Mr. Rioles was processed and released after appearing before the Justice of the Peace, police said.
