Summer Hydration

Stay hydrated all summer! Do you know that you should be drinking half of your body weight in oz. of water daily??? Example: someone who weights 150 lbs. should be drinking 75 ounces of water, which is 9.5 glasses of water! Dehydration is one of the leading causes of illness in the summer!!!
