Here's Where To Find Halloween Events [Poll]

continues at Johnston Memorial Park tonight and tomorrow night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. — just one of the great events celebrating the spooky holiday this weekend.

Johnston Parks and Recreation Director Dan Mazzulla estimated that 1,000 people visited the Spooky Walk last weekend — and at just $6 per person (with proceeds supporting Johnston Lightning Soccer) it's a great deal and a great cause.

Aside from the standard ghouls and goblins, the park is also host to the Island of Jafar, with the Johnston Drama and Performing Arts (J-DAPA) troupe providing their talents to the Aladdin-themed portion of the event.

There's also a concession stand, game booths, and rides for the kiddies.
In case of inclement weather, the Parks and Recreation Department has set Sunday night as a rain date.
