Bridges Rated for Demo to get 'Quick Look' (rinewstoday.com) — Rail service through Kingston was suspended after concrete and metal from a Cranston highway ramp crashed onto Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor tracks, damaging overhead power lines. Trains between Boston and points southwest, including Kingston, were canceled or shifted to diesel locomotives while crews cleared debris and began repairs, and a key I‑95 on‑ramp may remain closed for an extended period.
