Wrong-Way Crash Probe Leads To Providence Man Arrest On DUI Charges: Cops

The crash was on Route 146 in Lincoln, police said.

LINCOLN, RI — The investigation of a wrong-way crash on Route 146 in Lincoln led to a Providence man's arrest on charges of driving under the influence, police said.

Kevin Migna, 67, was arrested shortly after 9:30 p.m. Saturday on charges of DUI resulting in serious bodily injury, DUI, and reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation involving a wrong-way driver on Route 146 in ... Lincoln," the release said.

Migna was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
