Police had closed Boyd's Lane near the Mount Hope Bridge.
MIDDLETOWN, RI -- Portsmouth police have reopened a portion of Boyd's Lane after having closed it to a standoff.
Boyd's Lane had been closed from the Mount Hope Bridge to Anthony road.
