In partnership with Visiting Nurse Home &amp; Hospice, this public clinic is provided as part of the R.I. Department of Health's community wellness mission. Immunizations will be available for R.I. residents or those with health insurance provided by R.I. companies. Visiting Nurse will take care of billing insurance.
Please keep in mind:
 - This clinic is for adults only.
 - Individuals must present their insurance card before their immunization.
 - For those who are uninsured, the vaccination will be provided free of charge.

When a child experiences the death of someone they love, caregivers are often navigating their own grief while trying to support their child's. Knowing what to expect—and how to respond—can make a meaningful difference.
Join&nbsp;Stacey Malcolm, MS, CCLS, Certified Child Life Specialist and owner of Healing Hearts, for this one-hour educational workshop designed to help caregivers better understand childhood grief through a developmental lens.
Drawing from extensive clinical experience supporting children and families through grief and loss, Stacey will discuss:
<ul><li>How children understand death at different developmental stages</li><li>Common grief reactions by age</li><li>How attachment and separation anxiety may emerge following a loss</li><li>Why behavior changes, regression, and big emotions are often normal parts of the grieving process</li><li>Practical ways to support children while caring for yourself</li></ul>
Caregivers will leave with a better understanding of what their child may be experiencing, age-appropriate language and coping strategies to use at home, and take-home pamphlets and resources to continue supporting their family long after the workshop ends.
