4th Annual Crazy Coyote Chase at Broad Rock Middle School

Join the craziest 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on April 9, 2016 to support Broad Rock Middle School!

The Broad Rock Middle School PTO is organizing the 4th annual community-wide 5K run and 1 mile fun run to be held on April 9, 2016. Both courses will start and end at Broad Rock Middle School. The post-race activities will include awards presentations to finishers in various age group categories, a silent auction, race number and raffle drawings, and a costume contest for the Craziest costumed runner of the bunch and much more family fun for everyone.

The CrAzY CoYoTe ChAsE is a wonderfully fun, family- and community-oriented event that promotes health and wellness in our youth and raises much needed funds to meet the ongoing and increasing expenses of educating our students and providing for our community. Parent/Teacher Organizations strive to support school communities in a number of ways and all proceeds from the Crazy Coyote Chase 5K & 1-mile Fun Run will go directly to supporting the teachers and children of Broad Rock Middle School. In the past such funds have been used to purchase laptops for students, stationary bicycles for the fitness room, an art kiln, and playground supplies, provide cultural art workshops and seminars and leveled libraries for classrooms. As technology continues to be introduced into the classroom, the need for funds is ever increasing.

We welcome runners to participate in the race, volunteers to help with the race, and sponsors to help support our planning efforts. If you are a local business who is looking to promote your company or organization, we would love to add your support to our growing list of CrAzY CoYoTe ChAsE sponsors. For more information on sponsorship, volunteering or race registration, please contact the race committee via email at brms.pto.5k@gmail.com.
