Open to all members of the public, the 2012 Charter Public School Fair at Times2 Academy, 50 Fillmore St., Providence, will provide a unique opportunity for attendees to learn more about 15 charter public schools, all members of the Rhode Island League of Charter Schools.

3. Who said retirement had to be boring? Senior services has these events organized for locals of a certain age:

  • Yoga At The Center: Yoga has been proven to improve health through relaxation and breathing techniques, relieve stress, improves flexibility and slow the again process. Join instructors Richard and Cynthia for this free Yoga Class every Monday at , 25 Saint Dominic Road, South Kingstown.
  • Zumba For Seniors: The South Kingstown Senior Services Center will be holding  Zumba classes on Monday (with Joan at 9:30am) and Wednesday (with Sandy at 11:00am) mornings at  Classes cost $16 for an eight-week session or $32 for an 16-class session. Join us for this class of high energy and motivating music with uique moves and combination that will allow you to dance away your worries!  the Latin music includes both fast and slow rhythms, allowing for a great cardio workout and best of all, anyone can do it! 

4.  Looking for some action? With all of last night's disappointment at the Super Bowl, get your fix and another shot to support a local champion (of local high school athletics) at one of today's games:
