• Zumba For Seniors: The South Kingstown Senior Services Center will be holding  Zumba classes on Monday (with Joan at 9:30am) and Wednesday (with Sandy at 11:00am) mornings at  Classes cost $16 for an eight-week session or $32 for an 16-class session. Join us for this class of high energy and motivating music with uique moves and combination that will allow you to dance away your worries!  the Latin music includes both fast and slow rhythms, allowing for a great cardio workout and best of all, anyone can do it! 

4.  Looking for some action? With all of last night's disappointment at the Super Bowl, get your fix and another shot to support a local champion (of local high school athletics) at one of today's games:

• The will compete in a meet today at 7 p.m. against Barrington and North Kingstown high schools at the New Generation Gymnastics Academy located at 4 Frank Ave., West Kingstown.
• The Prout School's Boys Varsity Basketball team will play today at 7 p.m. against Burrilville High School in an away game located at 425 East Ave., Harrisville. Junior varsity hoops starts at 5:30 p.m.

5. Clear skies throughout most of the day and night on Monday will keep minds off of snow that threatens to drop on South Kingstown later this week. Temperatures will reach highs in the 40 degrees and drop slightly after sunset.
