1. Network Now: Join other local business owners and the Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce today for the First Friday Coffee. Bring your business cards and enjoy a cup of Joe at , located at 1632 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown. The networking begins at 8 a.m.

2. Go Red for Women. The Ladies Luncheon tomorrow at noon at The Haversham, 336 Post Road, Westerly. Lunch costs $20 per person.

  • The South Kingstown High School girls' varsity basketball team plays today against Coventry High School at 7 p.m. in an away game, 40 Reservoir Road, Coventry.
  • The Prout School girls' varsity basketball team will play against Rogers High School at 7 p.m. in an away game at 15 Wickham Road, Newport. Junior varsity plays at 5:15 p.m.
  • The Prout School boys' varsity basketball team will play against Johnston High School in the gymnasium, 4640 Tower Hill Road, Wakefield. Junior varsity plays at 5:15 p.m.
