Costume Parade kicks off October 20
Put on a costume and join in a fun-filled parade around Narragansett

Get in the spirit of Halloween and join in a fun-filled Costume Parade in Narragansett on Saturday, October 20. The parade kicks off at 1 p.m. from the Maury Loontjens Memorial Library. Feel free to dress in something sweet, spooky, or silly and join in a march around town. Everyone is welcome, including pets and their costumes. The route begins at the library and finishes at the Pier Marketplace, with stops along the way to collect treats.
After stepping off at the library, the parade route flows onto Ocean Road under the Narragansett Towers, cuts across to Boon Street and finishes the two-mile route back at the Pier Marketplace. Wear comfortable shoes and bring strollers for little children. Treats will be served after the parade.
This event is hosted by the Friends of the Narragansett Library. No registration is required. Please arrive early so the parade can kick off promptly at 1:00. Raindate is Saturday, October 27 at 1 p.m.
