District Court Log: July 7, 2011

• David Kelley, 19, of 63 Austin St in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of underage possession of alcohol on June 27 in South Kingstown. He was released on personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for July 21. 
• Elizabeth Gardener, 23, of 227 Butternut Drive in North Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving without a license on June 27 in South Kingstown. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and pre-trial conference has been scheduled for August 4. 
• Daniel K. Lewis, 43, of 1326 Kingstown Road in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of willfully destroying the property of another and engaging in violent behavior in a public place on June 25. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for July 21. 
• Stephanie J. Accaputo, 43, of 44 Prospect Avenue in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to counts of disorderly conduct in a public place and assaulting her juvenile daughter on June 27. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for July 21. 
• Justin J. Stadnick, 23, of 321 High St. in Wakefield pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol with an unknown BAC on June 16. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for July 14. 
• Misheashkehdt S. Brown, 23, of 85 Meadow Avenue in Wakefield pleaded not guilty to a charge of obtaining alcohol for minor on June 1. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for August 25. 
• Casandra Robinson, 20, of 88 Dam St in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of underage possession of alcohol on June 27. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trail conference has been schedule for July 21. 
• Rebecca L. Allen, 33, of 11 Raymond Potter Lane in Exeter was dismissed of a charge of driving under the influence with an unknown BAC in South Kingstown on June 5. She pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving of a motor vehicle on June 5. She was ordered to pay $500 to VCIF and her license was suspended for 10 days.
