District Court Logs: Feb. 17

Benjamin Andrews, 25, of 166 Indian Trail, South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a $200 fine to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund and court costs. The charge was filed for one year.

Troy J., Colafrancesco, 26, of 18 Fortin Road Apt. B, pleaded no contest improper conduct. He was ordered to pay a $100 and court costs.

 Michael A., Cotugno, 24, of 660 Putnam Pike, Smithfield, pleaded no contest to DUI, BAC unknown. He was sentenced to three months loss of license, 10 hours community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Andrea Hazard, 45, of 279 Church St., South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. She was ordered to pay $350, court costs and have no further loss of license.

Felix A. Ortiz, 24, of 4460 South County Trail, South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. The charge was filed for one year with costs. A charge of simple assault was dismissed.

A charge of driving with a suspended license against Zachary Howland Harvey, 35, of 27 Fagan Court, Wakefield, was dismissed.
