Several defendants went before the judge in Fourth Division District Court on March 15.

The following South Kingstown Police cases were heard before Judge Mary E. McCaffrey in Fourth Division District Court on Thursday, March 15 at the , 4800 Tower Hill Road, South Kingstown:
Sean S. Bagley, 22, of 168 Indian Trail, North Kingstown, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, BAC unknown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 23.
Gerrick G. Von Deusen, 22, of 75 Scituate Farms Drive, Cranston, pleaded not guilty to transportation of alcohol by a person under 21. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 29.

Heather Chirnside, 41, of 72 Gough Ave., Apt. 41, West Warwick, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, second offense within five years, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and driving with a suspended license. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on April 25.
Jordan M. Brown, 38, of 172 Holly Road, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, BAC unknown. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 29.

Tracy L. Shirshac, 43, of 117 Rosenbriar Ave., pleaded not guilty to simple assault. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 29.
John Celico, 18, of 155 Old North Road, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 29.
Joy A. Forand, 41, of 91 Community Drive, pleaded not guilty to driving with a suspended license. She will be sentenced on April 26.
Virginia Garcia, 29, of 68 Columbia Heights, Charlestown, pleaded no constest to simple assault. The charge was filed for one year, she was ordered to have no contact with the victim and pay court costs.
Alyson M. Schaffrick, 18, of 323 Jerome Ave., Bristol, CT, pleaded not guilty to transportation of alcohol by an underage person. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending a hearing on March 29.
Stephanie G. Harvey, 48, 52 Pemberton Ave., Jamestown, pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and reckless driving. She was sentenced to pay $500, complete 30 hours of community service, forfeit her license for 60 days and pay court costs.
Steven Capobiano, 18, of 186 Lisa Drive, South Windsor, CT, pleaded no contest to transportation of alcohol by a person under 21. He was sentenced to $250 fine, to forfeit his license for 30 days and to pay court costs.
Joseph Beausoleil, 42, of 2 Regency Plaza, Apt. 812, Providence, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to pay $250, have no further loss of license and pay court costs.
