Bomb Squad Offers Chance at Baseball Glory

Several of the Northeast Region’s top professional scouts will be at the Bomb Squad Baseball Company, 1174 Kingstown Road in Wakefield Sunday to kick off the Pro Scout Development Clinics.

Northeast Area Scouts’ Jim Bretz of the San Diego Padres, Matt Sherman of the Chicago Cubs and Matt Hyde of the New York Yankees will team up with Northeast Scouting Supervisor Ray Fagnant of the Boston Red Sox to run the clinics. The five-week instructional sessions begin on Nov. 20. Enrollment is limited.

Players attending the Pro Scout Development Clinic at the Bomb Squad will have the opportunity to be seen by Bretz and other members of the Area Code Games staff.
