Chef and Cookbook author, Normand Leclair will demonstrate signature dishes and provide his audience with tastings of each dish. Rhode Islanders may remember Normand as the owner Chef of the Red Rooster Restaurant in North Kingstown. Reservations are required. Seating will be in the Metz Main Exhibit Hall of the museum.
