Courthouse Center for the Arts auditions for Titanic and Coastal Disturbances

The Courthouse Center for the Arts is casting for its Summer Season in Rhode Island, featuring productions of Musical “Titanic” and “Coastal Disturbances” for Summer Season in Rhode Island.

Auditions for both are Saturday May 26^th 1-5PM at the University of Rhode Island Fine Arts Center,
studio G, Kingston.

Courthouse Center for the Arts, Kingston, RI. Seeking
excellent local union and non-union actors who sing for the musical TITANIC.

Director: Richard Ericson; Musical Director: Lila Kane. All ages and types; must be able to play multi-characters of all classes and sing the demanding and ravishing
score.

Special skills (including dialects, character voices, play instruments, etc) a plus.

Rehearsals begin June 4; opening night June 22^nd. Plays Thursday-Sunday schedule through July 15^th.

Pay and housing negotiable.

Also seeking excellent local actors for COASTAL DISTURBANCES a comedy byTina Howe. All roles available including HOLLY DANCER (20s) a dazzling
photographer from New York and LEO HART (20s) a handsome, charming lifeguard on a small, private New England beach.

Other roles include FAITH BIGELOW and ARIEL TOOK (30s--old friends of Holly’s) and their respective kids MIRANDA (7) and WINSTON (8). Older characters DR.
ADAMS and his wife M.J. ADAMS (60s-70s) as well as ANDRE, a New York art dealer and Holly’s patron.

Please bring a contemporary comic monologue and be prepared to read. Rehearsals: July 16^th; opens
Friday August 3^rd. Plays Thurs-Sun schedule through August 26^th.
