Historian Bill Caswell is the guest speaker for the museum's Annual Meeting. Bill is the author of a book released in September of 2011 by Arcadia Press.
Bill and several colleagues are the driving force behind the Covered Spans of Yesteryear Project, a documention of North America's past and existing covered bridges. They have a terrific website, www.lostbridges.com which has photos and architectural specs of bridges all across North America.
The SCM Annual meeting begins at 7. You must be a current member to attend/vote at the meeting itself. Bill's talk starts at 7:30 and is open to the public at no charge. Refreshments served.
