Early Music Benefit Concert by the Delight Consort

A benefit concert of Renaissance and Baroque Music will be presented by the Delight Consort to raise funds for famine relief in East Africa. The Consort, directed by Judith Conrad, will perform music by Thomas Luis da Victoria, William Byrd, Turlouch O'Carolan, Claudin de Sermisy, Marin Marais and Joseph Haydn, and will lead the audience in singing a set of ancient hymns with new texts written for the famine and the anniversary of 9-11. Free admission; donations will be taken for the Doctors Without Borders work with famine victims in East Africa.
