This is a 7 week exercise program designed for those who have or have had breast cancer. In this program you will learn flexibility as well as strengthening exercises for those parts of the body affected by the cancer and cancer treatment. Cardiovascular exercises are also used to improve your endurance. Special techniques till help you to feel relaxed and renewed. You will also find moral support with other breast cancer survivors in this group setting. Please check the YMCA web site for session dates.
