Meditation for Health

"Meditaton for Health" class will be held this evening at All That Matters,  

Meditating in a group lends power to its effectiveness and enhances the development of individual practice. David Dwyer, chiropractor and yoga and meditation instructor at ATM, will open this session with 30 minutes of instruction in a simple technique. Instruction is followed by group meditation and relaxation. Those familiar with the meditation may come at 7:30 pm for a 25-minute meditation followed by a 10-minute rest period. Join us to create a meditation community that meets regularly.
